Ironworks

The traditional ironworks which used to adorn any and every door confer an authentic charm. Come and look at the first floor of the Moulin du Bois, which abounds in period details even in its everyday fixtures : hinges, latches, locks and bolts… Notice the plates which surround the lock, or the iron moustache which ties the door to its frame…

And what about the portals, gates and railings, so heavy yet somehow so elegant ?

As for the old cast iron baths or radiators, they decorate a room all by themselves…
